Understanding Projects

Projects organize your funnels and data into separate workspaces. Each project gets:
  • Unique domain: your-project.fnlfx.com
  • Separate analytics and customer data
  • Independent settings and integrations
  • Team member access control

Managing Multiple Projects

If you manage multiple brands, apps, or businesses:

Switch projects

Click the project name in the top navigation to see all your projects

Select a project

Choose the project you want to work on. The dashboard updates to show only that project’s data

Create new projects

Click “Create Project” to add a new workspace for a different brand or campaign
Pro tip: Use separate projects for different brands, geographic markets, or product lines to keep data organized and team permissions clear.

Team Collaboration

Inviting Team Members

Share access with your team while maintaining control:
  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email and select permissions
  4. They’ll receive an invitation to join your project

Permission Levels

  • Funnel publishing and deletion
