These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover your participation in the FunnelFox Ambassador Program (the "Program"). By checking the box on the registration form, you agree to them.
The Program is operated by Adapty Tech Inc. (EIN 85-0590861), based at 2093 Philadelphia Pike #9181, Claymont, DE 19703, doing business as "FunnelFox." "FunnelFox," "we," and "us" refer to Adapty Tech Inc. "You" or "Ambassador" refers to the person accepting these Terms.
The Program pays you for original posts, replies, and comments on X (formerly Twitter) that mention "FunnelFox" by name. Payment is based on impressions verified through native X analytics.
You must be at least 18, have a public X profile, and be approved by FunnelFox. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.
To qualify for payment, content must:
Each post or comment can be submitted for payment only once.
Rate: $500 USD per 2,500 verified impressions, accumulated across qualifying content.
Submission threshold: You can submit for payment once you've accumulated at least 2,500 verified impressions.
Bonus: If any single post in a submission reached 10,000+ impressions, an extra $500 USD is added to that submission.
Per-submission cap: Payment per submission is capped at $1,000 USD (or $1,500 USD if the bonus applies). Maximum 5,000 impressions counted per submission.
Carryover: Any impressions left over below the next $500 payment unit carry over to your next submission. For example, a submission of 2,612 impressions earns $500, with 112 impressions carrying forward. Impressions beyond the 5,000-impression per-submission cap do not carry over.
Verification: Submissions must include the post URL for each qualifying post. FunnelFox will verify impressions directly. If we reasonably believe impressions were artificially inflated, the submission will be rejected.
Anti-abuse: FunnelFox may reject submissions that violate these Terms or are reasonably believed to involve abuse, spam, manipulation, or misleading activity.
Payment method and timing: Payment methods are PayPal or invoice. Payment is made in USD within 15 days after we confirm the submission.
You keep ownership of all content you create and post. FunnelFox claims no ownership.
You are solely responsible for the claims, opinions, and statements in your content. FunnelFox doesn't endorse or guarantee the accuracy of statements you make.
We won't use your name, X handle, profile image, or likeness in marketing materials, on the FunnelFox website, or in any other promotional context without your written permission.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information FunnelFox shares with you in connection with the Program — including product details, business plans, internal communications, and unreleased features.
You agree not to:
Violating this Section may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeit of any unpaid accumulated impressions.
You can leave the Program at any time — just email us at the address in Section 17.
FunnelFox can remove you from the Program for reasonable cause, with email notice. Reasonable cause includes violating these Terms, fraud, content reasonably likely to harm the FunnelFox brand or reputation, or repeated submission of non-qualifying content.
If you're removed for cause, any accumulated but unpaid impressions are forfeited. Payments already approved will still be processed.
You're responsible for any taxes on payments you receive. FunnelFox won't withhold taxes for you.
You're responsible for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including sponsored content disclosure requirements where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and FunnelFox. You participate in the Program as an independent contractor.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FunnelFox's total liability under the Program will not exceed the total amount paid to you under the Program in the 12 months before the claim. FunnelFox isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
FunnelFox may update these Terms from time to time. We'll email you about material changes; if you keep participating after that, you accept the updated Terms. If part of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies. These Terms are the full agreement between you and FunnelFox about the Program, and replace any earlier agreements.
